Welcome friends!

I’m Valerie! I serve my local community and Northern Arizona with rich personal support in your childbearing year.

I’ve served women in birth for more than thirty years and completed Indie Birth Midwifery School in 2018. I work through a private contract so I am able to serve the woman and not other agencies. My care offers guidance using the Sacred and the Science to give you the knowledge to make your own personal decisions in pregnancy for birth.

I also serve women worldwide in the Art of Sacred Postpartum with both live and online training. The ancient arts of postpartum healing care include ceremonial, herbal, and ayurvedic support in the first weeks following birth. I also support clients locally and in Northern Arizona with personal sacred postpartum care.

I’ve lived life as Mama to FIFTEEN kiddos in the mountains of Arizona with my partner of 43 years, where I grow lots of food and love with our family.
